The White Castle Duel is a quick, clever two player showdown set in feudal Japan, where two rival clans battle it out for bragging rights inside Himeji Castle
The Portuguese have arrived, trade is booming, and every daimyo wants a slice of the action. Now it’s just you and your opponent, competing for influence in the White Heron’s court.
On your turn, use your lamp tokens to grab resources and trigger actions. Upgrade powerful influence cards, place your clan seals in key locations like gardens and training grounds, move your courtier through the circles of power, or strike up a deal with the Portuguese to get ahead.
As you play, you’ll collect symbols like katanas, kabutos, flags, and origami figures that turn into points at the end. The trick is building smart combos and making every move count.
